As an English Language and Literature major from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, Matthew's broad view of labor economics and Renaissance attitude toward the food and beverage industry offers Sojourner an edge over potential competitors as well as diverse approach to Milwaukee's super saturated coffee community. His increasing experience in coffee language, consumption and production promises to keep Sojourner flourishing for many years to come.
